Service Payments, Cancellation Fees, and Refunds

Touch Everything’s Terms and Conditions work as a guide for what customers can expect when dealing with our company and availing our services.

We accept payment as cash, check, debit, and credit card. Any payment for cleaning services rendered should be given in full at the time of cleaning or before it.

  • For cash – Please pay the cleaning team in full before or after the services are completed. If no one is at home, please leave the money on the kitchen counter.
  • For check – The check should be made to our company name. In case it is returned, you will be fined a charge of $35.00. We also don’t accept checks that are post-dated. If no one is home, please leave the check on the kitchen counter.
  • For card – Pay securely and safely with your debit or credit card when you book an appointment with us. These transactions are done over an SSL secured communication channel that is encrypted and secured using digital signatures.

 

We pride ourselves in providing the best services to our customers and want to make sure every job we complete is done to the client’s satisfaction. If you have any issues with the services provided by our cleaning experts, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of the service so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Canceled and Skipped Appointments

Availing scheduled and regular cleaning and disinfection services with us will provide you with a consistent spot on our calendar, as well as give you a discounted rate. Canceling or skipping appointments may lead to there being a slight increase in the charges in case there’s an increase in the workload for bringing the place back to its normal state.

Canceling pre-confirmed appointments at the last moment may also lead to their being certain charges. In case you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, please make sure to let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid paying extra fees. We levy a charge of $35.00 if appointments are not canceled or rescheduled on time.

Personal Belongings and Valuables

If you would like us to clean expensive curios in the cabinet or other items of monetary and sentimental value, please know that we will not be liable for any issues arising from the cleaning of these valuables. You are completely responsible for repairing or replacing any items broken, cracked, or damaged in the cleaning process.

Limitations in Service

Please make a note of our service limitations before making an appointment with us. It is advised that you take care of such items in advance so that when the team comes for their appointment, they can leave the place perfectly clean.

It will also help if you have picked up after yourself as much as possible before the cleaning team arrives. This allows them to properly clean all the surfaces and access all areas without your personal belongings getting in the way. If not pick up, our team will clean around said areas and notify you about it.

Home Entry

There are several ways for you to let our cleaning experts into your home or office:

  • The client can meet the team at the place of the appointment in the time frame agreed upon. This way they can easily get in and out, without any hassles and you check on the work done.
  • You can give us a key to your home or office space that is kept securely with us. In the event that our cleaning contract is terminated, your keys will be returned within 48 hours.
  • If you wish to leave your keys near your property, please let us know the location (placed under the doormat, under the floor pot) for the team to gain entry inside, as well as lock-up and place the key back in its place when leaving. Please note that we or the cleaning team are not responsible for any theft or damage to your property caused before or after our scheduled appointment time.
  • If you use an alarm system for protection, you can ask your alarm company to give you a house cleaner access code and don’t need to disarm the security system every time.

 

In the event that you are not at the property, are unreachable, and the team cannot get inside for some reason, a cancellation fee will be applied to your account.

Increase in Prices

We have the sole discretion and reserve the right to make any changes to the prices we offer for services at any given time. We will make sure to notify you about the same when you are booking a cleaning and disinfecting service with us.

Soliciting Employees

When agreeing to enter into a contract with us for making use of our services, you automatically agree that you will not solicit any of our employees and hire them separately for any home-based services. If we find out about the same, please know that you will be liable to pay us a referral and training fee of $2,500 and your services with us will be terminated immediately.

Digital Media Usage

For the purpose of getting reference pictures such as before and after images, we may occasionally take pictures of the damage and the work we have done to completely clean the place. These images will not be taken without your permission and will not be publicized anywhere online or in print without your consent. We will also not include any pictures of people in the house or office space and only images of the clean up done by us will be taken. We highly respect your right to privacy.
